Description :
Century is the first in India to use new generatioin melamine bonding, to paste decorative veneers on plywood surface. Melamine bonding fortifies the bond over conventional urea-bonded decorative plywood and makes Century decorative panels Boiling Water Resistant. Besides the life of the furniture is augmented to last more than five times the conventional one. More importantly, a wide range [more than 65 varieties] of exotic wood veneers are there to choose from. This includes well-known species such as Mahogany, Maple, Oak and Pine as well as a selection of rare burls and patterned veneers. Added advantage : Written Powder proof guarantee with ISI mark is available on each piece of ply. Thicker Ply and Blockboard in all varieties is available on request .
SUGGESTED END USES :
  • High class exotic furniture, extrinsic paneling, interior lining of railway coaches, luxury buses and ships and for general interior decoration, partitions, table top, ceiling etc.
  • Century produces, off the record, hardwood decorative plywood, where requirements are higher durability in semi-exterior exposed areas and prevention of bubble formation [usually seen in ordinary plywood] during polishing
