Our company use wood veneers to manufacture a product line "Real Wood Veneer Laminate." We laminated the wood veneers on High Pressure Laminates. UV Curing Coatings are applying on the surface of our panels. After processing these steps, a Real Wood Veneer HPL was done. Usually, it has wide range of application, such as wall panels, ceilings, tables, cabinets, furniture and doors...Etc. As we know that if you use wood veneers for decorating your home. After gluing the wood veneers on the wall basement structure by woodworker, you need to hire another spray painting worker to stain and varnish it. Besides the slow work progress, when you spray painting in a house, a stinky varnish smell would stay in your home one or two more weeks after the project finished. In spray-painting, a chemical contents " Methanol" will evaporate.
It is harmful to human body. More and more countries are making laws to forbid this kind of spray painting.

Now, when our products are borning, this problem will be resolved. We finishes the Real Wood Veneer HPL in factory by machines. So, all pollutions will stay in factory. The varnish surface of our products will be much more superior than those spray painting ones. We use machines to finish all of our panels with UV Cure Coatings. This guarantees the best quality surface on each panels.

Let me make a brief introduction of this method. Our company's real wood veneer HPL are producing through a coating dried by ULTRAVIOLET (UV) rays. The UV ray drying process involves mixing the varnish on the surface of a real wood veneer panel. When this solution is exposed to UV ray, the crossed hardening links appear almost immediately. There are several benefits of UV drying: very little waste, low energy consumption, and a considerable decrease in volatile organic emissions. Our decision to use the UV technique rather than conventional technique is based on environmental considerations and on the superior quality of the product when applied to the architectural paneling. The wood veneer treated in this manner does not lose any of its natural looks. Our products are in popular varieties and sizes. The coating can bear much more scratches than conventional one.
