Asian Timbers is a family business that has been passed on from one generation to other. This Four- generation- old business has a one - point formula for its continued success and that is stringent quality control. Asian Timber Estates is into forestry, Export and import of wood and supply for domestic markets. The Estate is spread over an area of 20, 000 sq.Mtrs., with a stock timber of different varieties.


Asian Timbers have been one among the best and leading timber traders in INDIA. The company is run by well experienced persons in the timber business for over 10-years. The estate is spread over 20, 000sq. Mtrs of area where we stock all varieties of timber. And also a saw mill is attached to the estate to cater the the customer's cutting needs.

We are provide manufacturer and exporter of following wood and wood products:- Type of Wood:- Rosewood:-Rosewood is very hard wood variety with a dark reddish brown color. The wood type possesses exclusive fragrance and is close grained. It is hard to work and takes high polish. Teak:-A timber which exudes a natural oil from its pores, enabling it to withstand exceptional conditions. Padauk:-Burma (P. Macrocarpus) is orange to orange-red and very hard. It too is sometimes used as a dye. Balsa wood (Ochroma lagopus):-A confusing wood: the lightest wood in the world and the softest, yet classified as a hardwood! A marvellous timber for model making and for containers requiring buoyancy Balsa is a pale white to gray, nondescript wood, with little grain pattern. African Teak:-The African Teak is extremely hard, dense and durable and as a result these characteristics make almost an indestructible high quality furniture. It is highly scratch or dent resistant and consequently prolongs the beauty of the table. Red Rose(Dalbergia Baroni):-This is a very heavy wood and very oily so finishes can be a little difficult to apply. Red rose wood is found in the US, a very fast growing tree. The wood is red in color with distinct growth rings, lighter in weight than many woods. Ballarshah Teak:-This is from Maharastra, a durability owing to the fact that it has more heartwood and less sapwood. Bastar:-Bastar is from Maharastra, in India belongs to verbana family and is one of the most valuable and durable timbers. Hardwood:-Hardwood is taken from deciduous trees. The deciduous trees have broad leaves, produce a fruit or nut and generally go dormant in the winter. Mahogany:-This variety of hardwood is finely grained and has a reddish brown color. Being highly durable, mahogany resists swelling, shrinking and warping. Walnut:-Walnut is a very strong and finly textured hardwood. The lumber resists shrinking and warping and is very easy to work with. Oak:-An exclusive variety of hardwood, Oak possesses good bending qualities in addition to its durability. Maple:-Maple is a finely textured wood variety with immense strength and hardness. Cherry:-Being close-grained, this type of hardwood resists warping and shrinking. The wood has a distinct feature of reddening, when exposed to sunlight.
