Toyo Cushion Lanka (PVT) Ltd is a joint venture company between the largest & oldest exporter of coir fibre in Sri Lanka & partners from Japan & Holland.

The Company's factory was set up in technical collaboration with leading rubberized coir manufactures from Japan & Holland. At present the Company is capable of producing a wide range of needled coir & rubberized coir products

Needled Coir Products are manufactured from clean mattress fibre using modern machinery. They can be produced as a 100% natural material without any other bonding materials or with synthetic mesh backing to give extra strength to the product. The needled coir products are mainly used in the areas of Bedding, Furniture, Horticulture & Erosion control.

Rubberized Coir Fibre is a unique blend of coconut fibre & natural rubber. Together they form a resilient, aerated material suitable for applications in the areas of Bedding, Upholstery, Furniture, Erosion Control, Flat & Molded Basket Liners, Coco poles, Horticulture, Shoes soles, Packaging, Filtration & many other applications.

Today needled coir fibre & rubberized coir fibre is much in demand also because of its environmentally friendly nature of being recyclable & Biodegradable.

Products are currently exported to Japan, EEC, USA, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong & the Middle East.

The Company is also geared to develop products to individual customer specifications.
