AGT was established by Mr.Ahmet S?ylemez in 1984. MDF based, PVC coated furniture components are the main production type. The factory is located in Antalya Industrial Zone with a 50.000m 2 production and storing area capacity. There is a base office in Antalya along with branch office in Istanbul.
Today total of 160 people part of the 30 years old family based , with a new generation management of Mehmet Semih S?ylemez and his brother Mustafa Hulusi S?ylemez.
Being one of the top 5 factories with production capacity and became a world brand, exports to over to 40 countries around Middle East, Balkans, Asia and Turkish Republics in Asia . We can produce up to 100 million meter production per year, 25% of the total production gets exported.
In March 2002 Istanbul Branch office open with such successful media support. Brand is once again part of the leading firms, each and every day expanding its borders.
Wants to be not only environmentally friendly also very much concerned about its staff and their health, therefore many extreme procedures has been taken to prevent hazardous production and storage.
Mr.Ahmet S?ylemez is an example and leader of education of the staff with many seminars, books and programs.
For example, with a very special program, it helped its staff to leave smoking and smoking is forbidden in an around the factory whole time.
If a suggestion comes towards for a better production, time consumption and so on, it is rewarded. Therefore anyone can adjust their maximum capacity with their new ideas and earn some extra cash.
